Any referred client who will decide to purchase Roatan Real Estate from us will receive a 20% referral fee after RE/MAX fees wired at closing of the purchased property into the referral agents bank account.

Example: Property on Roatan such as a West Bay Beach Condo:
Purchase Price: $500,000.00
Full Commission: 5% or $25,000.00
RE/MAX Fees: 20% or $5,000.00

Zolitur Tax: 12.5% or $3,125
Remaining Commission: $16,875.00
Referral Fee: 20% or $3,375.00
